Returns may be accepted on eligible unopened and unused products. Please contact K&M Medical Supplies before returning any item to receive return authorization and instructions.
For health and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable personal care and medical products cannot be returned. Certain special-order, non-returnable, refrigerated, hazardous, or manufacturer-restricted products may also be ineligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact K&M Medical Supplies promptly so we can assist with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
