K&M Medical Supplies processes and ships orders within standard business timeframes. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and carrier delays.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. K&M Medical Supplies is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

K&M Medical Supplies Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
Due to the nature of medical, personal care, and hygiene products, many items sold by K&M Medical Supplies are non‑returnable once they have been opened or used.
We accept returns on eligible, unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
For health and safety reasons, opened items such as gloves, incontinence products, wipes, washcloths, thermometers, and personal care items cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
